Cancellation and Refund

At Pranpath Naturals, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our Ayurvedic and natural health products, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy:

• Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

• Returns & Refunds: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide valid photo or video proof of the issue.

  • Once reviewed and approved by our team, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

• Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery.

  • Opened or used products.

  • Delays caused by courier services.
