4. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery typically takes 4–7 working days, depending on your location.
Any delay due to unforeseen reasons (strikes, natural disasters, courier issues) is not under our control.
Ensure your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for missed or failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
5. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of:

Damaged product
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (photo/video).
After verification, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
Once the order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
